What is Mistress Lounge?
Mistress Lounge is an 18+ entertainment platform where you can chat in real time with real creators or fictional characters. Not every profile represents a real person.
Are all profiles real people?
No. Some profiles represent a fictional character managed by a staff member, others are verified creators (Mistresses) who reply themselves. This is stated transparently on the platform itself.
Do I have to be 18 or older?
Yes, the platform is only accessible to users aged 18 and over.
How do payments work on the platform?
Tips and payment requests are always shown with current prices before you pay. All transactions are processed securely and logged for support and compliance.
Can I get my payment refunded?
Payments are in principle not refunded after delivery. Consumers have statutory rights, including the right of withdrawal where applicable. When digital content such as a subscription is delivered immediately, the right of withdrawal lapses as soon as you have expressly agreed in advance to that immediate delivery — see article 10 of the terms and conditions for the exact conditions.
